How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Realisesource Heating & Air wants each homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to make a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to contact us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Realisesource Heating & Air
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of what we expect may be removed from it. Please know that Realisesource Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, give refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@realisesource.lat and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
