How Our Network Works
Who You Talk To
When you reach out through Realisesource Heating & Air, you are connected with an independent HVAC provider in our network. That provider is a local business. It has its own staff, its own prices and its own schedule.
Realisesource Heating & Air is the link between you and the provider. We do not do the repair work.
What Happens on the Call
The provider will likely ask a few simple questions. Be ready to share:
- What you see, hear or smell
- When the trouble started
- The age and type of your system, if you know it
- Whether anything changed recently, like a storm or a power flicker
Do not worry if you lack the details. Describe what you notice in your own words. That is enough to begin.
What to Ask a Provider
A few good questions can ease your mind:
- Can you tell me when someone could come out?
- Is there a charge to look at the problem?
- Will I get a written quote before any work starts?
- What does the work include, and what does it not?
- Is the repair or the part covered by a warranty, and for how long?
- Do you hold the license and insurance your area requires?
Typical U.S. costs vary a lot by job, so a written quote matters more than any rough number.
You Are in Control
Talking to a provider does not lock you in. You can ask questions, compare quotes and take your time. If something feels rushed or unclear, it is fine to pause.
If you notice a gas smell or a burning smell, leave the home and contact your utility or emergency services first.
After the Work Is Done
Ask the provider what to watch for next. Many will suggest easy upkeep, such as filter changes and a yearly tune-up. Fix it, then protect it.
